How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order (outside of holidays) before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 5 to 10 days to reach with ground shipping.


Where will my order be shipped from?
Our orders ship from New York.


The shipping option I selected at checkout said UPS, why did my order ship USPS?
UPS has restrictions where they can ship packages, for example they cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses. Not to worry though, as these orders will automatically be shipped out via USPS with Delivery Confirmation.


Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! We ship by UPS to the United States, and via Canada Post to Canada. If you need to ship outside of these countries we suggest using a re-mailing service in the USA or ship to a US address. Please note we are not responsible for any import tax or duty.


Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! Every order over $100usd sent within the United States will receive Free UPS Ground shipping.
For Canada every order over $150usd will receive Free Canada Post shipping.

What is the difference between Perfume, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne?
The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. These oils are called "juice." The highest concentration of "juice" is in perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Actually, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne are generally interchangeable, particularly in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration of "juice" the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.


How can I make my scent last longer?
Fragrance lasts longer on some people than on others because of differences in our skin (oily or dry) and in our PH levels. To achieve a longer effect, try layering your fragrance. Using the fragrance bath gel, (if the company offers one), then the moisturizer or powder, and then the Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne, will usually have a longer lasting effect. Also, apply your fragrance low on the body, as well as behind your ears and on your neck, so that the scent rises and you won't lose it as quickly. A light spray on the hair can last all day.


What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the application only. However, a spray bottle, being ostensibly sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.


How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Keep all fragrance in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.

What is a tester?
Testers are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Testers contain the same original fragrance and are used by department stores to help promote a particular fragrance. Testers are made by the manufacturer and come in a plain box, and sometimes without the fancy cap.


What does "unboxed" mean?
Unboxed items are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Sometimes the outer box gets damaged in transit so we remove it. Unboxed items always contain the same original fragrance as the boxed versions.

What is your return policy?
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained. Simply open up a support ticket and select Returns Enquiry, and let us know what the problems are.


What is eligible for return?
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.

Note: Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
> Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
> Merchandise is returned after 30 days
> Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.


What items cannot be returned?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.


Can I return damaged merchandise?
Please open up a support ticket and select Returns Enquiry for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to New York are charged a 4% tax, all other areas, are tax free and not charged tax.


Do you price match?
PMP Perfumes has a Lowest Price Guarantee! PMP Perfumes will not be undersold! In the event that you find a lower price from another online store on a currently in-stock item, we will match it.

Simply open up a support ticket and select Product Enquiry and include the URL of the lower priced item.
