To save you time and money, I have provided a quick review of Double Your Dating for men who have heard about this book and would like to read it for themselves!

David DeAngelo’s book covers a lot of topics, but the ones I found most interesting were:

• being yourself
• differences between the sexes
• dispelling myths and misconceptions

Should you just being yourself?

The author stresses that men should not worry about being themselves, but they should focus on being the best self he can be. It is important that a lot of guys first learn how to be interesting to women, because when they are “just being themselves” they fail at getting women. So you need to stop worrying about trying to be “yourself” and learn how to not be yourself to get women, then learn to incorporate that skill into their own personality!

What are the differences in the gender roles between the sexes?

David DeAngelo does a great job at explaining the difference between guys and girls, and he also tells you that a lot of men in our modern world are confused about the roles they should play in terms of gender types. The media with it’s TV shows and movies have brainwashed men in our society. They believe that they need to be nice guys, or wussy boys in order to get women. This is where things take a wrong turn and problems begin to surface. Girls and women in general like men who demonstrate characteristics of a man. But since a lot of guys are confused now they act like women. That’s a factor as to why some men out there cannot get any women, because they themselves act like women!

Misconceptions dispelled

Society has given the impression to men that in order to get women they need to be either, tall, handsome, rich or powerful. This is incorrect and wrong. This is because having these qualities all serve to present to the women that a guy with this things have a higher social value. To demonstrate higher value, men don’t need to have the materialist items that you are thinking of. David DeAngelo also goes into specifics on how you can incorporate these aspects into your own persona so you don’t need to be rich, famous or a rockstar to be successful with women!
