At the deepest level your physical, emotional, mental and non secular health become one expression, one basic manifestation of your organism at its core. At this primal crossover, life is easy. You are radiating health and vitality or you aren't. You are moving in a positive direction, with the attendant healthy vibrations (self-image, flexibility, love of others, positive energy in both mind and body, optimal physical health and so on) or you are suffering setbacks.
