Sweating is a common factor.  But unwarranted sweating is not a common factor.  This may be due to few factors.  Many people experience unjustifiable sweating.  It could be in palms, feet, armpits or underarms and may be in face also.  Sweating a lot may lead to irritations to many.  Also prolonged sweating decreases the water content in the body paving way to giddiness and indolence.

Drink tons of water!  Contrary to what the majority think, you actually need to drink more water in order to sweat less.

The dresses we wear could be reason for excess sweating too.  If you are wearing clothes which are made from non-natural fibers, it could well lead to excess sweating.  Cotton garments may help to stop it. 

Occasionally humid conditions may make us sweat a lot.  So in order to eliminate this kind of sweating, we will make use of the air coolers or air conditioners which paves way to stop excessive sweating.
